I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to park our motorbikes in the garage. The building itself was modern and well-maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was delicious. The location was perfect, really close to the ski lift of Bachledova and the ski area in Bachledova Valley. I highly recommend this hotel for a great value for money experience.

Nice room with clean facilities. Good location close to ski slopes and hiking trails. A warm welcome was provided with a drink and some information on the area. Great breakfast with a variety of food and drinks to choose from.

Rooms are a bit small and basic. No real facilities for business travelers, such as a meeting room or workspace.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, offering excellent customer service. The location was convenient, and we received complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival. The room was modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast provided.

We did find a lack of toiletries in the bathroom and only a small TV with poor picture quality. However, these were minor issues that did not detract from an overall enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation in a mountain resort that had a perfect location just a stone's throw from the ski lifts. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. the room was exceptionally clean, and we loved the amazing view of the mountains from our balcony.

It was a bit frustrating that there were no towels or soap provided in the bathroom.
